BlazeBitz LLC ("BlazeBitz," "we," "us") operates an AI phone-answering service for restaurants. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you call a restaurant served by BlazeBitz, we may collect your name, phone number, and the details of your request (such as a reservation time, party size, or takeout order) for the sole purpose of fulfilling that request.
How we use it
We use this information only to take your order or reservation and to send you a related confirmation. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing, and we do not share your mobile information for promotional purposes.
SMS / text messaging terms
By providing your mobile number during a call, you consent to receive transactional text messages from the restaurant (via BlazeBitz) about your reservation or order. Message frequency varies by your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not send marketing texts.
Data retention & contact
